Wayne has thirty five years service experience in regional and remote areas. Having lived and worked on remote communities for twenty years he has as a consequence developed a long-term interest in promoting opportunities for sustainable commercial projects and improved indigenous wellbeing. To provide balance and risk management he draws from a network within civil works, corporate advisory, community development and planning, finance.and business
Aaron is an Aboriginal man whose father is of Kati Thunda Lake Eyre heritage from Arabuna and Kuyani. His mother is from Adnyamathanha Flinders Ranges. He established the company to create opportunities. The objective is to build Aboriginal strengths, leadership, and resilience promoting wellbeing amongst individuals and within the wider community.

Pat brings a track record of strategic leadership in executive roles in the underground mining and manufacturing industries in the field of particulate matter management. He has worked across NSW and Queensland mines, USA and Kazakhstan consulting to global mining groups, development, manufacture and integration of technology into longwalls and underground mine environments to manage particulate matter across the workplace.
Dr Brian Plush
Consultant
Brian is a particulate matter scientist who has provided services to and worked in open cut and underground mines throughout Australia, USA, China and Kazakhstan implementing risk based intervention frameworks as well as developing and manufacturing engineering controls including ventilation systems and filtrations technology to comply with regulatory and company requirements. His inventions and manufactured equipment have been recognised in the safety awards of two global mining companies Brian has worked across many of the underground coal mines throughout Australia as well as open cut mines and export terminals throughout his career spanning 35 years in the mining industry. He has undertaken research projects with and overseen projects with CSIRO, Australian Coal Industry Research Programme (ACARP) and Coal Services Pty Ltd.
Jeff Finney
Communications Officer
Jeff is the instigator of the relationship between Carroll Engineering Services and Nullar Environmental Services, for the purpose of supporting the recycling of mining waste tyres. He has spent 15 years identifying and managing development of projects in Australia including National Head of Acquisitions and Senior Development Manager roles. Over the past 5 years Jeff has delivered commodities and infrastructure development advice for diverse stakeholders.
